Return Policy

  • All orders typically ship same or next business day. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday.   
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any parcel service fault or mishap.
  • Special orders take 1-2 weeks for delivery.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your Amanda Uprichard online purchase you can send it back if for a refund or exchange within 10 days of the original shipping date.
  • Returns/exchanges must be postmarked WITHIN 10 DAYS of the original shipping date and should be sent with the enclosed FedEx/UPS return label. We will not accept COD's. Unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange if your return exceeds 10 days.
  • Accepted returns must be in the exact condition you received them. All items must be un-worn, un-washed, non-dry-cleaned, dust, stain, & odor free in the exact packaging it was sent in with the original tag still attached.
  • Original receipt must be included with the return. Enclosed return form must also be completed with reason code for return/exchange.
  • If the return/exchange meets all guidelines, they will be processed within 15 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. *If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Re-stocking fees may apply to un-authorized returns.
  • Additional non-returnable items include: Sale Items, Gifted orders, Special orders, Gift Cards.
  • We cannot return/exchange on behalf of anyone other than the purchasing customer.
  • We cannot process the exchange/refund until you return the merchandise to us. If merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
  • All customers will be notified via email if return is received, inspected and approved or rejected.
  • We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise. We do not refund shipping costs.
