We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of original delivery date. All discounted order items are final sale and therefore not eligible for returns and exchange. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a re-stocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders.
Items are eligible for return for refund within 14 days of order delivery. Items are eligible for store credit within 21 days of order delivery. A restock fee of $10 per order will be deducted from the total refund issued.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.
Ground orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. If you would like a quick delivery, please select express shipping at checkout.
Kindly note that if you place an order after 10:30 AM EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. You can also pay with Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in New York. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.
If a style you're interested in is out of stock, we recommend signing up for back in stock notifications on the product page. Please reach out to service@amandauprichard.com with additional questions.
Due to order very high order volume, it is possible that we can over-sell on certain products, especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform us if we are unable to ship a style you ordered and will cancel and refund your order.
