Returns

 

You may request an order return or item exchange via the online portal linked below. You will need your order number to proceed with a return. Amanda Uprichard reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements. Our full return policy is stated below.

START YOUR RETURN

Due to a very high volume of sale orders, you may experience a delay in shipping during our BFCM sale. If you would like your order to be prioritized, please select expedited shipping at checkout.

Additionally, all sale items are final sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Sale items are not eligible for any additional discounts, including the AU welcome discount. A shipping fee of $10 will apply to all sale orders under $150. Our holiday return window does not apply to sale orders, as sale orders are ineligible for return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at service@amandauprichard.com and we’ll be sure to resolve the issue. If you choose to return the item for a refund, we will refund the payment method used for the original purchase.

If you used a promo code, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.

Please note that all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

All returns MUST be registered through our online portal at https://amandauprichard.loopreturns.com/#/. Items are eligible for return for refund within 14 days of order delivery. Items are eligible for store credit within 21 days of order delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

In order to be eligible for return, items must be returned in their original unworn and unaltered condition with original hangtags attached. Each garment is inspected upon return. If the item appears to be damaged or worn, the refund or store credit will not be processed. Any items that show signs of wear or are without a hangtag affixed will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. All non-returnable items are final sale and therefore not eligible for returns, exchange or store credit. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, sale items, gifted items, and special orders. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a restock fee will apply.

Only items purchased on Amanda Uprichard or via an Amanda Uprichard sponsored event with valid and accompanying order information will be eligible for return.

We cannot accept returns from Puerto Rico.

Any orders placed from December 1st through December 31st are eligible for a refund if your return is processed through Loop within 30 days of the order delivery date. Kindly note that the holiday return window is not applicable to sale items, as all sale items are final sale. All returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.

All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met). Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.

Items are eligible for refund within 14 days of the order delivery date. Items are eligible for store credit within 21 days of the order delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags attached, and not worn, altered, or damaged. Once we receive your item, our team inspects the garment for signs of wear including deodorant stains, makeup stains, broken zippers, tears, and other damages. You will be contacted if your return does not pass the inspection.

We charge a restock fee of $10 per returned order. The restock fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

If you choose to return your item for a store credit, you will not be charged a restock fee and will receive a credit for the full amount you paid.

Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to our return policy. We have a short return window as we like our product to reflect the current season. We always want to deliver the newest products and our policy helps us maintain our inventory levels. 

If you used a promo or discount code to pay for part of your purchase, you will not be given a refund or credit for the promotional amount.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns from International orders at this time.

We are only able to accept returns for orders purchased via Amandauprichard.com. Each stockist has their own return policy. Please get in touch with the retailer directly in order to make a return.
