What's your return policy?
We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of original shipping date. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a re-stocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders. All items must be returned in original condition with tags intact. Each garment is inspected upon return. If the item appears to be damaged or worn, the refund will not be processed.
Only items purchased on Amanda Uprichard.com with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order. If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
How do I place a return?
We're sorry you didn't love your Amanda Uprichard item. We're happy to help you return your item. Please click HERE to begin the process and get your return label.
We require that you send them back in the AU packaging within 14 days of the original shipping date – Merchandise must be returned in their original condition which includes all tags attached and not be worn, altered, or damaged. We can accept items back for store credit within 21 days of original shipping date.
Please note: AU is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.
If you are returning more than one item on an order and receive multiple shipping labels, you may combine the return into one package and utilize one of the prepaid slips.
How do I place an international return?
We do not accept international returns at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Amanda Uprichard you ordered!
For returns, AU will credit the credit card or other payment method used for your original purchase with the amount you actually paid for your purchased items including taxes and ground shipping. If you used a Promotional Item to pay for part of your purchase you will not be given credit for the promotional amount. For example, if you purchase an item for $20 and used a promotional gift card or code to pay $5 of the purchase price (so you only paid $15) you will receive a credit for $15 plus any taxes you paid.
