All orders placed after 10:30AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Kindly note that a shipping fee of $10 will be applied to orders under $150.

*Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping/business days.

All orders will require a valid shipping address. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

We provide free standard ground shipping to all United States destinations. Most orders will ship via a common carrier (such as UPS). We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Amanda Uprichard strives to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all orders. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. Delivery dates for express shipping options are provided by the carrier. Please be aware that disruptions due to extreme weather or other issues may cause a delay in package delivery. We do not offer refunds for delayed express shipping.

Once an order is placed, it can take up to 2 business days to process. Orders placed after 10:30 AM EST are processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays- orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

The estimated delivery date you are shown is provided by the shipping carrier. Once an order is processed at our facility, the shipping carrier takes over and you may follow your order via the provided tracking information.

When a product is available for pre-order, it means that the order is available for purchase before the item is in stock.

Products on pre-order will be shipped on or after the provided shipping date.

Pre-ordered items must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours to request an address change. If the package has already been shipped out to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are unable to modify the order. Please closely review your order details before placing an order.

All orders placed on www.amandauprichard.com can be cancelled prior to shipping. However, once you receive a shipment confirmation email, we can no longer cancel your order. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours.

Yes, we do! Amanda Uprichard uses a trusted third-party partner to ship globally. Shipping costs are determined by your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express or Standard). You will receive tracking information once your order is processed and scanned. Please note that due to specific carrier's schedules, orders may take 2 to 3 business days to ship from our facility.

Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged to the purchasing party by your government, for importing items.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Use the tracking number to view updates from the carrier. Amanda Uprichard will notify you if your order will be delayed due to product availability or processing issues. Amanda Uprichard is not responsible for delayed packages due to carrier issues.

Shipping carriers may take 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status and send a notification email with a tracking number. If your tracking number isn't showing or isn't working, email us at service@amandauprichard.com. 

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked as delivered, theft is outside of our control and we cannot offer refunds for the stolen package. If packages are lost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.
