All orders placed after 10:30AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

*Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping/business days.

We provide free shipping via standard ground to all United States destinations. Most items will ship via a common carrier (such as UPS) and require a valid shipping address.We will not ship to a P.O. Box or military address.You will select your preferred shipping method as part of the order process.

We do not ship on weekends. Amanda Uprichard strives to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all orders. Delivery dates for express shipping options are provided by the carrier. Please be aware that disruptions due to COVID-19, extreme weather, or other issues may cause packages to arrive later than the estimated date. We do not offer refunds for express shipping delays due to delays or weather. 

Amanda Uprichard uses a trusted third-party partner to ship globally. Shipping costs are determined by your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express or Standard).You will receive tracking information after we process and scan your order. Please note that due to specific carriers’schedules, orders may take 2 to 3 business days to ship from our facility.

Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged to the purchasing party by your government, for importing items.

Once you order, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 10:30 AM EST are processed the following business day. Our carriers take it from there. Your estimated delivery date for the shipping you select is estimated during the order process. Certain delivery options may not be available, may take longer, or may require additional shipping and delivery fees.

All orders placed on www.amandauprichard.com can be cancelled prior to shipping. However, once you receive a shipment confirmation email, we can no longer cancel your order. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours.

You'll receive a tracking number in an email as soon as your package ships. Use the tracking number to see updates from the carrier. Amanda Uprichard will notify you if your order will be delayed due to product availability or processing issues. However, Amanda Uprichard is not responsible for delayed packages due to carrier issues.

Sorry about that! The carrier may take 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status and send a notification email with a tracking number. If your tracking number isn't showing or isn't working, email us at service@amandauprichard.com. 

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked as delivered, theft is outside of our control and we cannot offer refunds for the stolen package. If packages arelost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours to request an address change. If the package has already been shipped out to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are unable to modify the order. Please closely review your order details before placing an order.

When a product is available for pre-order, it means that the order is available for purchase before the item is in stock. Products on pre-order will be shipped on or after the estimated shipping date. We will send an email updating once the item is in stock, shipped with tracking information, or in the case of delays. Pre-order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
