Tell me more about shipping

We provide free shipping on standard ground service to most destinations in the United States.

Most items will ship via common carrier (such as Fedex) and require a valid shipping address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or military address.

As part of the order process, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method, and your shipping cost, if any, will depend on the method you select.  We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you select in the order summary displayed on the site before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.  

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting one of our express shipping options, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. Due to COVID-19, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for any delayed packages for reasons associated with the carrier.

International Shipping

Amanda Uprichard has partnered with a trusted third-party partner to ship globally and accurately show you the duties and taxes needed to fulfill international orders. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart and choose your destination. The cost for shipping your order depends on your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express, Standard). In addition, we will process your payment along with all taxes and duties. Once we process and scan your order you will receive tracking information. When will my order ship? 

Here's how our shipping works: you order, we process, then we ship your items.
During the order process, we will inform you of the estimated time for the type of delivery you selected. In some cases, certain delivery options may not be available, may require additional shipping fees or may take longer.  Items subject to these additional shipping and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering procedures and may not be eligible for any reduced or free shipping offers.

We are not responsible for late shipments or deliveries.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm ET are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way! Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.

If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, we will communicate that with you.

Cancellation Policy

All orders placed on can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped yet. Once you get a shipment confirmation email, we are no longer able to cancel your order. Normally, orders will ship within 24 hours.
