We want you to be completely satisfied with your Amanda Uprichard products. So if they aren’t perfect, we’re here to help you exchange or return them. We just require that you send them back in the AU packaging within 10 days of the original shipping date – Merchandise must be returned in their original condition which includes all tags attached and not be worn, altered, or damaged.
We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 10 days of original shipping date. Final sale items are not eligible for returns. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a re-stocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders.
Only items purchased on Amanda Uprichard or via an Amanda Uprichard sponsored event with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.
BRIDAL COLLECTION RETURN POLICY
Due to the fact all items in Bridal collection are custom made, returns are for exchange or website credit only. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee. All bridal customers should anticipate a 3 week turnaround time after the date of purchase.
Returning/Exchanging items to AU is easy. Simply follow the instructions below and send your item(s) back to us within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Please go to https://amandauprichard.com/pages/return-exchange. Enter your email and order number and follow the prompts to initiate your return or exchange. Once complete, you will receive an RA# via email within 1-2 business days.
- Once you receive your RA#, please print a copy of the e-mail and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning or exchanging in your original shipping box. If using your original shipping box for packaging your return or exchange, make sure to remove any previously used shipping labels.
- Affix our prepaid domestic return label to the outside of the shipping box and drop it off at any FEDEX location.
You may track your return at www.fedex.com using the tracking number from the pre-paid label. Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return/exchange. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment or your new item will be shipped to you. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return ground shipping. Please note that AU is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. Should you misplace your pre-paid FEDEX return label, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
For returns, AU will credit the credit card or other payment method used for your original purchase with the amount you actually paid for your purchased items including taxes and ground shipping. If you used a Promotional Item to pay for part of your purchase you will not be given credit for the promotional amount. For example, if you purchase an item for $20 and used a promotional gift card or code to pay $5 of the purchase price (so you only paid $15) you will receive a credit for $15 plus any taxes you paid.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
As part of the order procedure, you will be asked to select your preferred shipping method, and your shipping cost, if any, will depend on the method you select. We will inform you of the shipping costs for the shipment method you select in the order summary displayed on the site before you confirm your order. This amount will be payable by you in addition to the price, including taxes, of the goods ordered.
Most items will ship via common carrier (such as Fedex) and require a valid shipping address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box or military address.
Shipping Costs and Timing.
During the ordering procedure, we will inform you of the estimated time required for delivery and the various forms of delivery available for the goods purchased. We provide free shipping on standard ground service to most destinations in the United States. We are not responsible for late shipments or deliveries.
In some cases, certain delivery options may not be available, may require additional shipping fees or may take longer. Items subject to these additional shipping and delivery charges will be displayed during the ordering procedures and may not be eligible for any reduced or free shipping offers.
For “Pre-Order” items that are not yet at our warehouse or available for delivery, you will be notified by email when the item is processed and shipped.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. Please be advised that deliveries are not typically made on weekends or holidays.
If your order or a part of your order is not able to ship without material delay for any reason, Customer Service will contact you to provide more detail and an estimated shipping date.
Certain sales or other taxes may apply to your purchase. These taxes vary from state to state and will be collected for orders shipped to states where these taxes are applicable. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates as well as other factors, including the identity of the seller, the type of item purchased, and the shipment destination of the order. Please review and confirm the taxes applied to your order in your shopping cart before submission. Taxes are based on the purchase price of the items you select before the application of any Promotional Items.
RISK OF LOSS
Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Amanda Uprichard is Amanda Uprichard’s responsibility. Amanda Uprichrad is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package is delivered to the “ship to” address by the carrier.
