Do you price match?

Amanda Uprichard will match the price of any full-priced item sold in U.S. dollars by a competitor site based in the U.S. Email a link of the product to service@amandauprichard.com for any price match inquiries. The exact style, color, and size that you are purchasing must be available at a lower price in order to qualify for price matching. Sale items are not eligible for price matching. Requests should be made before placing your order or within the 14 day return window.We offer price adjustments on full-priced items only within 7 days of original purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on items that were bought on sale or promotion. Email serivce@amandauprichard.com for all price adjustment inquiries.

How soon will I get my refund?

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive at our warehouse located in New York. Once your return is delivered, please allow 2-3 business days to inspect and process the return. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your original form of payment.

Why was my order cancelled?

Due to order very high order volume, it is possible that we can over-sell on certain products, especially during launch or on sale items. If this happens, our warehouse will inform us if we are unable to ship a style you ordered and will cancel and refund your order.

When will a sold out item be restocked?

Due to an overwhelming response and popularity in certain product, it is possible that certain styles may be restocked. If a style you're interested in is out of stock, please sign up for restock emails and reach out to serivce@amandauprichard.com to find out if we are restocking. 

What forms of payments do you use?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. You can also pay with Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna. 

The style or size I want is sold out. What can I do?

Please click on the waitlist button on the product page of the item you want to purchase. Enter your information and if/when the product becomes available, we will email you.

How long before my order ships?

Ground orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. Note: if you placed an order after 12 PM EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.
