All orders placed after 10:30AM EST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Kindly note that a shipping fee of $10 will be applied to orders under $150.

*Orders placed on the weekend or during a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as shipping/business days.

We provide free ground shipping on orders over $150. A ground shipping cost of $10 will incur for all domestic orders under $150.

Domestic orders will ship via a common carrier (such as UPS) and require a valid shipping address. We are not able to ship to a P.O. Box or military address. You will select your preferred shipping method as part of the order process. We do not ship on weekends.

Amanda Uprichard strives to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all orders. Delivery dates for express shipping options are provided by the carrier. Please be aware that disruptions due to extreme weather or other issues may cause packages to arrive later than the estimated date. We do not offer refunds for express shipping delays due to delays or weather. 

Please contact us at service@amandauprichard.com immediately to cancel an order. Items may only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, your order cannot be cancelled.

Yes, we ship globally using a trusted third-party partner. International shipping costs are determined by your location, the size of your order, and the service level you choose for shipping (Express or Standard). You will receive tracking information after we process and scan your order. Please note that due to specific carrier's schedules, orders may take 2 to 3 business days to ship from our facility.

Please note that you are responsible for any country-specific taxes and duties, charged to the purchasing party by your government, for importing items.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date.

Ground orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. If you would like a quick delivery, please select express shipping at checkout.

Kindly note that if you place an order after 12 PM EST on a Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday.

We will notify you if your order is delayed due to product availability or processing issues. However, Amanda Uprichard is not responsible for delayed packages due to carrier issues.

You may follow your order by monitoring the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Please note that dates provided by the shipping carrier are an estimate and may be delayed due to extreme weather or other issues.

Kindly note that once an order ships, it may tae up to two business days for the carrier to register the shipment status and begin tracking.

If your tracking number isn't working, email us at service@amandauprichard.com. 

Please make sure you ship your package to a secure location. If a package has been marked as delivered, theft is outside of our control and we cannot offer refunds for the stolen package. If packages arelost and not scanned as delivered, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement or refunds will be processed after the carrier has investigated the claim.

Please get in touch with us within 24 hours to request an address change. If the package has already been shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout, we are unable to modify the order. Please closely review your order details before placing an order.

When a product is available for pre-order, it means that the order is available for purchase before the item is in stock. Products on pre-order will be shipped on or after the estimated shipping date. We will send an email updating once the item is in stock, shipped with tracking information, or in the case of delays. Pre-order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
