Returns
You may request an order return or item exchange via the online portal linked below. You will need your order number to proceed with a return. Amanda Uprichard reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements. Our full return policy is stated below.
We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of original delivery date. All discounted order items are final sale and therefore not eligible for returns and exchange. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately and a re-stocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders.
Items are eligible for return for refund within 14 days of order delivery. Items are eligible for store credit within 21 days of order delivery. A restock fee of $10 per order will be deducted from the total refund issued.

We require that you send the item back in the AU packaging within 14 days of the original delivery date. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached. with all tags attached. Damaged items are not eligible for return. We can offer store credit within 21 days of the item delivery date.
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect the garment for signs of wear including deodorant stains, makeup stains, broken zippers, tears, and other damage. You will be contacted if your return does not pass the inspection.

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at service@amandauprichard.com.
If you choose to return the incorrect or damaged item and cancel your original order, you will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
We only accept returns for items purchased on Amandauprichard.com. If you purchased an Amanda Uprichard item elsewhere, please reach out to the retailer directly to facilitate a return.
If you use a promotional code to pay for part of your purchase and choose to return the item, you will only be refunded the amount you spent outside of the discount. You will not be refunded a credit or promo code.
Unfortunately we are unable to make exceptions to our return policy. We have a short return window as we like our product to reflect the current season.
