Return requests can be made via our online return portal below. Please have your order number handy. Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined below. Amanda Uprichard reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements.
Starting 1/15 all orders must be returned with the hangtag affixed or you will not receive a refund.
We will refund unworn, unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the original shipping date. We accept returns on item(s) in new condition with original hangtag(s) attached, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations for a full refund.
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns. If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from customer service, they will be returned to the customer immediately, and a restocking fee will apply. Non-returnable items include: Damaged items, items missing tags, sale items, gifted orders, and special orders. All items must be returned in original condition with tags intact. Each garment is inspected upon return. If the item appears to be damaged or worn, the refund will not be processed. Protective face masks and hair accessories are also final sale. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Swim: The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted. All products must also have the original tags and hygienic protection liner intact.
Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return ground shipping.
If you receive an item damaged, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
We're sorry you didn't love your Amanda Uprichard item. We're happy to help you return your item. We require that you send them back in the AU packaging within 14 days of the original shipping date – Merchandise must be returned in their original condition, including all tags attached, and not worn, altered, or damaged. We can accept items back for store credit within 21 days of the original shipping date.
International customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide further instructions to complete your return.
Any orders placed during November 1st through December 25th are be eligible for a full refund if your return package is received back at our facility no later than January 10th.All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).Please allow 7-14 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.

Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
